Have questions about our custom photo pieces?

Whether you're wondering how to upload your photo, what kind of flowers are used, or how long shipping takes, you're in the right place. These pieces are made with real pressed flowers and a whole lot of care. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions. If anything’s still unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!

Where do I send you my photo?

You can upload the photo from your phone when you order! If you made a mistake in your submission, please contact us

When will you restock?

To receive restock notifications for these options, please sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of this page.

How do I sign up for restock notifications?

At the bottom of this page, type your email in “Subscribe to the newsletter” and click “Subscribe”.

How long does it take to ship?

Your order should arrive before the date you provide under “Please provide the date you need it by” unless you need it in less than a week. If you need it in less than a week, please contact us to discuss faster shipping options!

Where do you ship to?

Photo products ship internationally, although you are responsible for shipping costs.

Does the photo I upload have to be a polaroid?

No. Please do not upload pictures of polaroids. The quality is not good enough and the photo will not be clear.

Any picture from your phone will do. If you have a physical picture you can scan it to use it!

Are the flowers real?

YES! :)

How can I make sure the photo is a 4:3 ratio?

If you're not sure, no worries! Just send it as is and ask if you can get a preview of how it will look like before it is printed.

How do you choose the flower colors?

The colors of your chosen flowers depends on the color palette of your photo. If you have a preference, you can express it when you order! Just check the flower colors you would like.

How do you press your flowers?

I press them using a variety of methods! The main method I use is my own flower press. All the flower presses I use I built myself. I’m currently working on a “How To Press Flowers” book, so sign up for email notifications to keep an eye out for it!

What happens to the flowers after a certain time period?

The flowers are already dried and pressed and they will stay that way for a long time. The worst that happens is that they might lose their color after 3-5 years. They will still be VERY beautiful!

Will you post my order on social media?

If you give me permission in your photo submission form, then I may! Otherwise, I will not personally reach out for permission if it was not given.

I already have a polaroid that I want framed. Can I send it to you?

I prefer if you scan it so I can reprint it. If you want to send a physical picture, please contact us!
