Have questions? We’re here to help.

Whether you're preserving your bridal bouquet, honoring a loved one, or simply curious about the process, we want you to feel confident every step of the way. Below you'll find answers to our most common questions about flower preservation, custom orders, shipping, and care. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out! We’re always happy to help.

How soon should I send my flowers after the event?

We recommend sending your flowers as soon as you can, ideally within 1 to 3 days after your event. Overnight shipping is the best way to make sure we get them ASAP! When your event date approaches, we will send you instructions on how to overnight ship them. If you’re local to Los Angeles, we can definitely schedule a pickup or drop off. Keeping them cool and in water until you’re ready to ship will help us preserve them at their very best.

Can you still preserve flowers that are already dried or a few weeks old?

Sometimes, yes! While fresh flowers press best, we’re happy to take a look. You can send us a photo and we’ll let you know what’s possible. We always do our best to work with what you have.

What types of flowers can be preserved?

Most flowers press beautifully. Roses, peonies, daisies, ranunculus, sunflowers, and many others work wonderfully. No matter what, each one is treated with care.

How long does the preservation process take?

Each piece is handcrafted with love and attention. The full process usually takes around 8 to 12 weeks. This gives your flowers the time they need to dry properly and allows us to design and finish your keepsake with care.

Do you work with bridal bouquets?

Yes, absolutely. Preserving bridal bouquets is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Your flowers represent such a meaningful moment, and we would be honored to preserve them. It’s best to order early.

What products can I choose for my preserved flowers?

You can choose from a range of heartfelt options including framed pressed flower art, photo frames, keychains, car coasters, and sun catchers. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the beauty and story behind your flowers.

Can I include a photo or personal item with my pressed flowers?

Yes, definitely! We love including meaningful extras like a photo, ribbon, note, or other small keepsakes. Just include them when you send your flowers, and we will thoughtfully incorporate them into your design.

Will my flowers look exactly the same as they did fresh?

Pressed flowers do change a little. Some may shift in color or shape, but that is part of their natural beauty.  Every order also includes color correction, where the colors are enhanced to look as close to their natural color as possible. We always take great care to preserve their unique character and charm.

Do you use resin in your preservation?

We reserve resin use for keychains and car coasters.

Can I request specific flowers or arrangements in my final design?

Yes, we welcome your input. While the final layout depends on the condition and size of your flowers, we always do our best to honor your preferences and highlight your favorites. Each order is unique and we want to make sure we make it exactly how you would like.

How do I care for my pressed flower piece?

To keep your piece looking its best, display it out of direct sunlight, which will warp the colors. Keep the pieces away from humidity. This means keeping them away from kitchens and bathrooms. With care, your piece will last for many years to come!

Do you ship finished pieces?

Yes, we ship within the U.S. All items are carefully packaged to keep them safe during transit. You will receive tracking information once your piece is on its way to you. You are also welcome to schedule a pick up if you are local to Los Angeles.

What if my flowers don’t arrive in good condition?

If your flowers arrive damaged or too dried out to work with, we will reach out to you right away. In many cases, we can still preserve part of the bouquet or discuss other meaningful options. We are here to help however we can.
